Seran Telyakar was born on 21 November 2001 in Istanbul. She completed her primary education at Florya Final School. She continued her secondary education at Halkalı Doğa College. She completed her high school education at Beykent Science High School. For her university education, she completed her bachelor's degree in veterinary medicine at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine at Near East University. She is currently continuing her postgraduate education in the Department of Internal Medicine at the same faculty.
