
I was born on 09/11/1969 in Elazığ. I completed primary school in Antakya, secondary education in Trabzon, and high school in Erzurum. In 1988, I entered the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine at F.U. and graduated from this faculty in 1993. I enrolled in the Health Sciences Institute, Department of Parasitology program at F.U. in 1993. I completed my doctoral dissertation titled "Ecto- and Endoparasites in Cats in the Rural Areas of Elazığ Province and Their Importance in Terms of Public Health" and became a Doctor on 18/11/1997. In 1997, I started working as a Research Assistant at the Department of Parasitology, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine at F.U. In February 2000, I became an Assistant Professor at F.U. Keban Vocational School, and in November of the same year, I began working as an Assistant Professor at the Department of Parasitology, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine at Hr.U. On 22/10/2008, I successfully passed the Associate Professor exam and earned the title of Associate Professor. On 13/10/2011, I received the title of Professor at the same university. I got married on 07/03/2020. I retired on 19/11/2022. I have an intermediate level of English proficiency. I started working as a consultant at the Turkish Jockey Club (TJK) as of 2021. I started my position as a faculty member in the Department of Parasitology at Near East University Faculty of Veterinary Medicine on 01/09/2024.
