Gökhan Ulukan was born in Kocaeli in 1991. He graduated from Gölcük Çakabey Anatolian High School in 2009 and from Near East University Faculty of Veterinary Medicine in 2015. Then, he started his doctoral education at the Near East University Institute of Health Sciences, Department of Veterinary Surgery, and in 2023, he studied " Assessing the Early Post-Operative Analgesic Effects Of Intra-Operative Bupivacaine-Lidocaine Use at the Incision Line and/or Around the Ovary in Ovariohysterectomy Operations of Dogs on Pain Mediators". He received the title of Doctor of Science by defending his doctoral thesis titled.
In 2023, he was appointed as a doctor faculty member at Near East University.
Many articles in national and international indexed journals; Dr. gave speeches and presentations at congresses and symposiums. Ulukan's academic interests include anesthesia and reanimation and soft tissue surgery training. He is single.
