Süleyman Özdemir was born in Nicosia in 1992. He graduated from 20 Temmuz Fen High School in 2010 and Ondokuz Mayıs University Faculty of Veterinary Medicine in 2016. Then, he started his phd education at Near East University Institute of Graduate Studies, Department of Surgery in 2016. In 2023, he defended his phd thesis titled " Comparison of Biograft (Bovine Small Intestinal Submucosa) and Synthetic Graft (Polypropylene Mesh) Healing Effects when Repairing Abdominal Muscle Defects in Rats " and received the title of Doctor of Science.
Dr. Süleyman Özdemir has articles in national and international indexed journals and presentations at congresses and symposiums. His academic interests include General Surgery (Soft Tissue Surgery), Chest Surgery, Ophthalmology, Ear-Nose-Throat diseases and Orthopedics-Traumatology.
